Three-dimensional instantaneous orbit map for rotor-bearing system based on a novel multivariate complex variational mode decomposition algorithm

Full spectrum and holospectrum are homogenous information fusion technology developed for the fault diagnosis of rotating machinery, which is extensively exploited in analysis orbits rotor-bearing systems. However, they not adapted non-stationary signals, nor can be used vibrations multiple bearing sections. By drawing inspiration from multivariate variational mode decomposition (MVMD) complex-valued signal decomposition, we propose a method called complex (MCVMD). It simultaneously extract forward backward components sections realize rotor. To achieve visualization goal condition monitoring, three-dimensional instantaneous orbit map (3D-IOM). enables more features shaft vibration rotor system to displayed offers new way signals machinery. Furthermore, making most joint information, also provide high-resolution time-full (Time-FS) display frequency The effectiveness proposed through both simulated experiment real-life demonstrated this paper.
